• Rise of Nations Thrones and Patriots [AddOn] Gold Edition [RoN + RoNTaP] Extended Edition [RoN + RoNTaP + All DLC] System. Apply the official Rise of Nations Patch #3. Replace the original NATIONS.EXE file with the one from the File Archive. Replace the original RISE.EXE file with the one from the File Archive.

As you have a problem with the multiplayer option, try some suggestions below that might help.

Step 1: Download the latest patch for the game from: http://download.microsoft.com/download/b/9/5/b95728f8-9727-43cd-834f-a11d019cae9f/ronpatch.exe
-Install the patch.
-Restart the computer and then try to play in the multiplayer mode.
Go to step 2, if this doesn’t help.

Step 2: Uninstall and re-install the game.
-Uninstall the game from ‘Control panel’ -> ‘Program/Features’.
-Restart the computer and install the game with the help of the game disk.
Restart the computer and now when you play in the multiplayer mode for the first time, you would be prompted to install the latest patch automatically.
-Install the patch.
-Restart the game and now try to play.
-If you are not prompted to install the patch automatically, click on “Check for updates” in the main menu of the game.
-Install the patch if prompted.
